Does Photo and Framed ship to rural addresses?
Yes, but as you'd expect this may take longer.

Does Photo and Framed ship internationally?
No, but this could change in the future.

How does a small retail store like Photo and Framed stock so many products?
Some of our products are physically stocked by us in store, others are shipped direct from our supplier here in New Zealand.

Are your products parallel imported?
No we never stock a parallel imported product, all our products are sourced from New Zealand authorised distributors who back the product with a manufacturer's warranty.

What is typically the cost of freight on products sent by Photo and Framed?
For purchases up to $249 there is a cost of $10 freight.  Any purchase over $250 is freight free.

Can I collect my purchase direct from your store and save the freight cost?
Yes if it is a product we physically stock.  Please enquire first before proceeding with this method.

Are you able to order something in specially for me if it doesn't appear on Photo and Framed's website?
Yes, please do make contact we love the thrill of sourcing different items.  If you think there is an item we should stock on an ongoing basis please let us know.

Can I order non-standard sized prints and canvas photos from you?
Yes you can and we love making new sizes happen for our customers.
