What file format should I upload?

We recommend uploading a high resolution JPEG or PNG file. We print at 300 DPI, so the higher the resolution of your photo, the sharper your print will be, especially at larger sizes.

Can I print a photo from social media?

You can, but please be aware that photos downloaded or shared via social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other messaging apps are often heavily compressed and may be too low in resolution for a quality canvas print. We recommend using the original photo from your camera or phone wherever possible. If you are unsure whether your image will print well, feel free to contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to check it for you.

What sizes are available?

How long will my canvas print last?

Our canvas prints are made with quality materials designed to look great for many years when kept out of direct sunlight and excessive moisture.

Can I print from my phone?

Yes. You can upload photos directly from your phone when placing your order online. Just make sure the photo is taken at the highest quality setting your phone allows.

How do I hang my canvas?

Each canvas arrives ready to hang straight out of the box. The back is neatly finished and taped, with a hanging fixture already in place.

How long does delivery take?

We offer fast nationwide delivery across New Zealand. Delivery times vary by location, or you are welcome to collect in-store.
